Seller Information

Sellers can arrive from 10am with no booking required unless stated otherwise. We welcome regular traders, families clearing out unwanted items and first-time sellers.

Buyer Information

Buyers can enjoy a wide range of stalls every Saturday from 11am, weather permitting. Early bird entry is available from 10.30am for £2 per person.

Rules

Anyone found breaking these rules may be asked to leave immediately.

  • All dogs to be kept on leads.
  • Follow all security/stewards instructions.
  • If you are selling power tools please ensure you have proof of ownership (only applies to sellers with multiple power tools).

The sale of the following items IS PROHIBITED.

  • Food or Drinks
  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco (including Vapes)
  • Knives
  • Firearms
  • Other weapons
  • Illegal items

All rubbish must be taken with you and disposed of responsibly. Anyone found to be fly tipping will be refused entry in future and reported.

Gates open: 10.00AM (please do not arrive earlier)

Gates close 2.00PM

Prices for sellers: All vehicles £10

Sellers are requested to remain setup and selling until midday

Parking: There is free parking on the field - Please do not park in the Rugby Club car park as you may be fined.

Please listen to stewards instructions. They are there for your safety and to help in any way they can and to make your day a pleasant one!

Speak to a steward at the entrance if you have any enquiries, lost and found questions, lost children, complaints or anything else.
